Global & Domestic Shipping

We proudly deliver products to customers around the world, with structured shipping services for:

  • Domestic orders within India

  • International orders to over 100 countries

  • Offline orders within 100 km of our physical store

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Domestic Delivery (India): Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days.

  • International Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.

Note: Weekends and public holidays are excluded from business days.

Offline Orders (Local Range)

For customers near our location (within 100 km), we offer offline ordering and local delivery via courier or our internal logistics system. Delivery is completed in 24–48 hours, depending on location and availability.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • India (Domestic):

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹999

    • ₹49–₹99 shipping charge on orders below ₹999

  • International:

    • Shipping charges vary based on country, weight, and shipping method, calculated at checkout.

    • Import taxes, duties, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

We prioritize secure and eco-friendly packaging—especially for fragile items like clay and wooden crafts—to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
