Return and Refund Policy

At Unisphare.com, Trade Name, if any GOEL TRADING COMPANY we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our handcrafted, machine-made, and artisan products made from wood, clay, and various materials. As we operate both online and offline globally, we follow a clear No Return, No Refund – Only Replacement policy under specific conditions.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or provide refunds once an order is placed and delivered.

  • Since many of our products are handmade or custom, minor imperfections are natural and not considered defects.

  • Change of mind, personal preferences, or color/design variation are not valid reasons for refund or return.

2. Replacement Policy (Valid Within 12 Hours)

We offer a replacement in cases where:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The item received is incorrect or does not match the description.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

  • You must send a clear unboxing video (without pause or edits) and images of the product as proof.

  • The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging.

3. Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at Infounisphare@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID, describe the issue clearly, and attach the necessary photo and video proof.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  4. Upon approval, we will dispatch a replacement item free of charge.

4. Global Orders

  • Our replacement policy is valid for international orders as well.

  • Shipping timelines for replacements may vary by location.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

5. No Replacement in These Cases

We do not offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Issues reported after 12 hours of delivery.

  • Lack of proper evidence (video/photo proof).

  • Minor defects or handmade variations.

  • Damage due to customer mishandling after delivery.
