As we operate both online and offline globally, we follow a clear No Return, No Refund – Only Replacement policy under specific conditions.

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or provide refunds once an order is placed and delivered.

Since many of our products are handmade or custom, minor imperfections are natural and not considered defects.

Change of mind, personal preferences, or color/design variation are not valid reasons for refund or return.
2. Replacement Policy (Valid Within 12 Hours)
We offer a replacement in cases where:
